There are alot of ways;

If it is white on the top , try popping it.
How to pop a pimple; But a warm washcloth or face towel on it for about 5 minutes then with your fingers GENTLY pressure each side of the pimple. It's gross but works, white stuff will ooze out and then sometimes eventually blood. If blood comes out stop immediatly because if you keep pressuring it it may leave a scar.

Then after you've gotten all the nasty stuff out wash it and if you dont have a good cream or oil free zit wash for it then put a bandaid over it for the night and in the morning take it off and repeat the process.

Also , I have heard a dab of honey and and bandaid works

good luck!

Get a needle, sterolyse it before you pop anything. Dettol should do the job. Then, pop the spot with the needle. Then you squeeze all the ooze, slime and gunk out of the zit (which is always a tad painful). Clean the broken zip and needle again and then poke the needle in again. Not too much, just enough to get the root of the zit. If you destroy the root, you'll destroy the zit. Dettol will sting for a bit but it'll stop the infection. Just don't use too much and, for the love of God, don't put it near your eyes or mouth or any other orifice. Be sensible and be patient. Don't wear make up if the problem is too big. Make up is grubby and even when you take it off, there can still be traces left behind. Fresh air and lots of water should do the job. A lot of people find that stress causes zits. If it's stress, then wait for it to pass. Patience and the will and knowledge to make it stop will always help. You're not the only one with spots and rest assured, no one will care if you haave them. Trust me, we've all been there.

Well, if the pimple has already developed and sprung out, then don't pick at it....AT ALL! That's only going to make it worse. You can also put toothpaste on it at night, that should reduce redness and size over night. To prevent pimples from developing wash your face 2 times daily (once in the morning and once before bed), try not to touch your face because that lodges dirt in your pores, moisturize after washing, and eat healthy (eat lots of antioxidants) and you'll be fine. If your pimples get to be a big problem it's best to go see a dermatolagist for a cream or pills.

Okay I hope i get the best answer for this. If you want to spend money muy Zeno. Look it up. It a electric pimple/ acne zapper thing. It takes them off and it doesnt hurt at all. Or buy acne products. Proactive is okay. Some cases of pimples or acne is serious or hard to get off. A Pimple Eraser is good too! Dont touch your face w/ your hand because they give off bad oils and dirt that clog your pours. (i spelled that wrong i think.) Drink lots of water and drink no fat milk. Most milks make you get breakouts. Acne-Free doesnt work! I use many products at one time. And wash your face constantly. Oh ya to let u know what those stuff really r is benzoyl peroxide!

If you're not into alternative remedies (herbs and such) try using a bit of mint toothpaste on the zit before you go to bed - put a band-aid over it - and go to bed. The pimple will be smaller the next morning.
If you do alternative therpies, try using Omega 3 capsules - take 3 caps of 1000mg per day - break one and apply it directly to the zit. Also use Zinc 25mg 2x a day to heal the skin. You'll be shocked at the results!
If you have to 'pop' it - wash your hands before and dont' wash the zit with soap and water after - apply the toothpaste instead to avoid irritation.
Good Luck!

get a blemish cream that has less benzoyl peroxide and has salicylic acid in it instead. BP dries out the skin but SA gets the job done and doesn't dry out the skin. You should find a skin care system for your skin type which is normal-to-oily. Cleanser and toner and moisturizer. If you have few acne I suggest get an acne treatment system. Acne bacteria are anaerobic, which means they thrive in an environment without oxygen- and die when exposed to oxygen. With the right combination of ingredients and molecules that are small enough to carry oxygen deep into your pores you can destroy the bacteria before they cause acne. Prevention is the key to clear skin.

Before you go to bed, take a small dab of salycic acid (acne spot treatment), put it on the spot, then put a piece of scotch tape over that. Leave that on overnight. That opens the pore so the pimple will drain and the spot will be smoother the next morning. When you get up, carefully remove the tape, cleanse as you normally would and follow with another shot of the spot treatment (sans tape).
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PICK AT IT!!!

hold your head over a bowl of chamomile tea to open your pores, then put on a cleansing face mask. works well on my skin type! If that doesn't work then you can always try putting toothpaste on them during the night and wash it of with normal cold water in the morning.

actually eating chocolate is a myth, it will never give you pimples.
if you use a concealer makeup, make sure it is water base.
before you go to bed dap a little honey on it, and by the time you wake up it will so much better.
and if you have future problems with your skin, definitly go to your dermetogist, and if you dont have one, get one!.. lol
hope this helps.
