Both cycling and speed walking will work. Anything aerobic should help you lose weight if you do it at least 5 days a week for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Keep in mind though that you will still have to watch what you eat. Walking two miles at a fairly fast pace will only burn about 150 calories.

Well first if you want to lose some weight you should eat a healthy meall everyday. After you've done that you should try to burn of the extra fat you don't want by excercising at least 30min. each day. Try taking a long walk(or jog). If you don't like it play some sports. Maybe you could do more physical activites like raking leaves clean up your room(if it's messy). You don't want to lose too much weight because it isn't good for you body. Good luck!

I have found I can't let my exercise routine get stale or repeat to often or it stops working. I either gain weight or don't stay as firm as I would like
I change it up or mix it up: some cardio, some The FIRM dvd's, parking far away in the parking lot at work & walking more to my office with ankle & wrist weights, take the stairs not the elevator, weights, spin class
I only exercise 5 days a weeks, but change what I do daily

Brisk walking or cycling is best - to lose weight you do need to increase your heart rate, but you should still be able to carry a conversation.
Cycling is a good option cause you can increase your heart rated and challenge yourself and it doesn't have the impact that walking does - so if you have sore legs or joints its a good option.

I don't like running either.. I started running 1 min and walking for 2 mins... I did this for 30 mins total.. Again.. I hate running, so this was a great way to stay in a cardio workout state.. Heart rate up and moving....
With calorie counting I lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks..
good luck....

Both of those are supposed to be VERY good for you.
I, personally, am more apt to do pilates--simply because it's less stressful on the body, and is made to lengthen and tone (which I would rather do than build more muscles).
In light of that, I recently just saw a video for sale at Barnes and Noble that was called, "Pilates for Weight Loss". That's my kind of workout. :)

Cardiovascular is the best way to lose weight. This includes running, swimming, biking, ECT.. And of course a GOOD diet. Burn more calories than you eat and you will most likely lose weight.

well running or walking 3 miles 3 times a week will do it. Try kick boxing. That will get your cardio going. Also watch what you eat! Cut out all FAST FOOD and soda u dont have to stop eating bread or junk food, just cut the fast food i promise it works i lost 10 lbs just from cutting the fast food and soda.
