what to do?

I had to go back to one of my first jobs for different reasons, I've known the owner of the this place for a while now, she is nice but we've been having problems (missing money)

we are three people dealing with money and there is no way to organize or count the money at the end of the day. So the following day when we get to work we get the news that there is missing money. Sometimes is just 9.00 dollars but yesterday it was 231.00 and the week before 700.00 when it's not suppose to happen

I know my co-workers didn't do it. besises there are camaras every where but we know until tomorrow who did it (e are waiting for some technictian guy). The waiting is killing me because I know didn't do it but my question is should I stay working there with all the stress or should I get another job?

Get a new job-forget about just the stress factor-who wants to be accused of theft on a regular basis? This place is a minefield of disorganization. I'd get out as fast as I could from a company that has such poor ways of dealing with money. Who wants to take the chance of being accused of stealing?

You may know that you didn't do it, but it doesn't sound like you have a lot of confidence in your employer. Who can blame you? Obviously this is a very inefficient system.

You will have to work out for yourself whether or not the stress is worth the job. Maybe you and your co-workers can brainstorm about ways to fix the problem, but you also need to think about yourself and how happy you are at this place.

If you know you didn't take it, relax. Hopefully the cameras will catch whoever did take it. I wouldn't quit a good job just because someone else is stealing from the company.

Stress is everywhere. Stay there and learn to cope with it
