Well if you're talking to an actual baby you can say:
Feliz Cumpleanos bebe (also used for boyfriends)
but my friends and close people don't say that. For a bf or hubby I say
Feliz Cumpleanos papi (mami) daddy/mommy
Feliz Cumpleanos nene (nena for girl) another word for baby
Feliz Cumpleanos negrito (negrita for girls)
ummm be careful with that one. If you're like NY, from the show, some people find that offensive.
Feliz Cumpleanos chulito- good lookin man
all these are great for relationships. My man loves it when I call him papito (little daddy)
