Brothers i am young and id like to stop. Can jesus really help me? Can i defeat this awful spirit inside of me?

I don't really know what you are implying, try to post it again and be more forward so I can pray for you.
Oh, "Hey Ray" it doesn't matter if you are "saved" or not, a demon can find its way into anyone. Many of the most devout Saints were constantly attacked by demons. Just watch the movie "The Exorcism of Emily Rose." It is based on a true story and shows how demons can infiltrate the most devout. Always remember, Satan hates Christians and especially hates Christ's Church, that is why the Catholic Church is having so many problems of late, it is because of the devil and is demons doing a number on his #1 enemy. Satan will do whatever he can to mess with you, if you have true faith in Christ. The closer you are to God, the more likely you are to be closer to the devil, in the way of demonic attacks. And when I say attacks, that is what I mean. Actual demonic pocession is quite rare and implies total loss of control of one's self while in the grasp of the demonic entity. But Christians, including myself, are regularly attacked by demons.

To stop what? What are you talking about ? Anyway know that in Jesus Christ you are free but some devils only go away by fast and prayer Matthew17, 21

To stop first you must surrender.
Then get help, Pick up the phone, call a friend, go to a church, take responsibility for your thoughts and actions.
Don't wait !!!

you want to stop being young? I hope you mean "spiritually immature". and if you're saved, you can't be demon-possessed fyi.
Jesus gave instructions on spiritual growth. Books make it easier to understand. basically, you keep excersizing faith and learn to discern good from evil and be willing to follow God no matter what.

God has already helped you by teaching you what you should do and renewing your desire to do it. Keep asking for help, and you'll keep getting it.
But after that, you've got to learn how to actually "stop" by yourself. You learn that by... doing it. Try, and keep trying.

pray to your heavenly father and ask to remove those evil thought and spirit in the name of Jesus and to rebuke that devil tell him to flee for you are god child.
