Perhaps the use of the "fear" is problematic. How willing are we to acknowledge that we even have fears -- let a lone a fear of thinking, or a fear of not thinking.

Feel free to follow up with me in an email, Super kitten, it seems that I offended you in some way by asking a question in Yahoo!Answers. Who knew?

Depends is it a Saturday morning?

I like to think about things a lot. Especially the things that no one knows about for sure. Let my brain go into gears and think because that is what i love to do.

People like you are a reason to make the world afraid you terrorize people all defending your so called justness, you are wrong. Perhaps one day you will wake up and smell the roses? I think people like you have an inferiority complex of some kind so naturally you are afraid to say what is on your mind and want to judge others? So grow up and stop being that way and give a little love to the world around you if you want to be seen as a guru. You are hateful in your thoughts I would be afraid to think like you do too.

Neither, trying to avoid anything is the best way to include it in our lives. It is the same as fighting against, which is why wars are always losing propositions. This should be pointed out in elementary school. It is so simple, yet people keep shooting themselves in the foot, over and over and over. I think it is because of the hoped for pension. The joke is that the more it is practised the more disease is also attracted, so the pension means nothing, except maybe to the widow.

neither there is no reason for me to fear thinking unless i think too much about thinking and fear that i will turn insane but if i fear turning insane then i wouldn't think as much either way I don't fear thinking. And I don't fear not thinking since I think too much as it is already so why would I fear of letting myself relax for a second?

I can't stop thinking but I don't think I'm afraid of not thinking. In fact I wish I could stop. I tried meditation but it didn't work. Can't seem to clean the slate. Always something there. Anyway I'm a songwriter & it gives me a lot to write about! I have 200 songs so far...Just wrote one this morning actually.

~~~ Avoid thinking unless I have a purpose, such as answering certain questions or doing endless Sudokus. Everybody HAS to think sometime, so people who fall into the "Avoid Thinking" catagory are best suited while distracted.~~~
