I would believe so because Chihuahuas are great litlle dogs
and Terriers are good little dogs, thou i think the terrier group is more on the hyper side. Good luck

I have a little, 20 lbs, Chihuahua and Rat Terrier mix. He is a great dog. He is smart and very loyal. He is always next to me or in my lap. He is a great door bell because he barks before anyone can make it to the door.

I had a long haired chihuahua-Yorkshire terrier and she was cute. She was tiny. However, she was a very stubborn dog. We could never house train her. She would go to the bathroom ever. She was fun though. She would use chew toys and we could throw them across the house and she would fetch them. She wasn't crazy hyper. It really just depends on what exactly you are looking for in a dog.

Please don't breed mixed breed dogs. The market is already oversaturated for them and shelters killl mixed breeds and purebreds everyday!
As far as having a chi and a terrier live together I wouldn't have them both, but I'm not fond of chihuahuas or terriers. I'm a herding dog girl!

no. mixing breeds shouldn't be done. Its best to leave the breeding to the professionals, we dont need anymore unwanted pets.
