It can take kids around 8-10 exposures to a particular food before they like it. Keep regularly introducing new foods, and don't make a big deal if he does not eat them - just take them away. If you persist long enough, he will start eating stuff, as long as you do not push him.
I wouldn't introduce too many new things at once. Maybe 1-2 per week.

Just put food in front and say nothing, if he don't eat it that is away, when he say"I Hungry" tell them he should had eat the food in front of him, then give the same plate back to him, be strong and don't back down.

all you can really do is offer it...and eat the same things with him. some kids just take longer to develop a taste for specific foods...no big whoop. i would definitely not allow him to eat a lot of treats and snacks before meals...that might help too.

Introduce the new food slowly. When he's really hungry, prepare food that he loves. Tell him before he eats it, he has to eat one spoonful of the healthy food. Keep doing that every day, increasing the amounts little by little.

You will have to change your eating habits a bit.Start with fruit salad and also show your son that you have a developed a good habit.Tell him that it will make him strong and active. You will surely see the difference.Nowadays you should not bribe children to do something you want them to do.Then they will expect this everytime. They must learn to follow by example.Good Luck

let him help you make food. he will love that.
let him help you make some pizza, that way he can watch his masterpiece cook in the oven, give him incentive to eat it.
other examples are fruit kebabs- a stick. you chop up the fruit and let him weave it on to the stick.
get a blender and make some fruit smoothies, he will think that it's a yummy milkshake, put a straw in it and wrap a snake lollie around it.

I found that creativity was my salvation...does he like hot dogs? Try making a breakfast hot dog...toast a bun, put PB on it, put a banana in the middle and spread jelly across the top...it looks like a hot dog with ketchup. Other random things like that sometimes help distract kids from what they THINK they like or dont.
