there is no time for me to engage in any physical activities, such sports because of my busy schedule at work, when i starve myself i would have unbearable headache, i'm gaining weight each day

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Pills are not the answer. They are unhealthy and people generally gain back the weight they lose with pills because of the fast drop off. At your current weight your are within normal range, no doctor would suggest you lose weight. However, you should really know your height because 115 is underweight for someone who is 5' 6" but is still within normal range for someone who is 5' 5". Eat a healthy balanced diet, not eating only holds in fat. And continue an exercise routine that you are comfortable with. You should also consider timing your jogs in the number of miles you have jogged instead of how many minutes you have been out. I.e. I run 7 miles daily, 10 on the weekends no matter how long it takes me.

Although it sounds simple, weight loss is best done with nutrition. You can think of your body like a bank account...if you put more money in than you take out then you end up a rich man. With your body if you put more calories in then you burn then you end up a fat man. There are two ways in which you can help...exercise more, which doesn't seem to fit with your current lifestyle or eat less. Don't starve yourself, however, your body hates that and will slow down its' metabolism (burn less calories). Try counting your calories for one week...shoot for around 1700...if you start getting headaches eat a snack..and make sure you drink lots of water. Adjust your calories if your not losing weight.
