I am planning to write the customer service of a perfume brand to complain about a product I bought from them. Should I type the letter or hand-write it? (my hand writing is far from calligraphic quality, but I can make efforts)

I would say Type it so you know they will be able to read it but sign it in ink.

I would type it. Much easier to understand than someone's writing.

Type it. Double space. You'll get better results if they can read the letter.

do type it, it shows a sign of business like and professional
thinking.....
and it legible so later on they can't use as an excuse tht
you never mentioned the problem exactly.
