I'm 18, have 1 inpropper driving ticket, 1 non at fault accident, and 1 at fault accident, and need full covrage on my car. all the insurace people i've talkin to want to charge 400 -600 $$$ a month. can anyone help me here?

I wouldn't insure someone with a record like that!

You are in a difficult bind. I see a few ways for you to pay less insurance. One is to just pay at the cheapest rate and don't get anymore infractions for about five years. Also, consider the type of car you have. The older the car, the cheaper the insurance. And if the car is five years old or more, you probably wouldn't bother with collision insurance since it wouldn't be cost effective. Another thing would be for a parent or other close relative to co-insure the same car with you--assuming he/she would be using it as much as you do. Also, look into safe driver courses that will deduct points on your license after you've completed them.
