Yo se que means "I know that" and Tengo que means "I have to" and you could say "Tengo que ir a la discoteca" which means "I have to go to a club"

yo se que....- I know that....
BUT NOT as in saying "duh! I know that"
It's only for stating things that you know. such as:
"Yo se que hay un Dios" I know that there is a God
"Yo se que tienes hambre" I know you're hungry
"Yo se que me amas" I know that you love me
Please DO NOT use "yo se que" without saying something afterwards. It would sound really stupid.
Tengo que- I have to.....
SAME THING- please don't say "tengo que" without something afterwards. It would sound really stupid. After Tengo que you can only use a non conjugated verb.
ex: ver, escuchar, amar, vivir
Tengo que hacerlo-- I have to do it
Tengo que limpiar la casa hoy- I have to clean the house today
Tengo que irme- I have to go
I know it's alot but I hope it was enough. Good luck

tengo que means I have to. (Tengo means I have). (Que can either mean that or to). So, yo se que means "I know that".

"Tengo que" is used to mean "I must" or "I have to."
Example:
Tengo que estudiar.
"Yo se que" translates to English as "I know that."
Example:
Yo se que no he sido un santo
