If you want to lose weight, I'd suggest not eating cereal for dinner. Also depends how much and what type of cereal you eat. I'd suggest that for breakfast, you eat cereal such as Special K, Cornflakes, something that doesn't have as much sugar content. 1 cup of cornflakes with a little bit of no fat milk.
Then for lunch, the lunchable would be alright, but it isn't that healthy as it has not enough fibre and might not keep you full for long enough. I suggest for lunch you eat some sort of salad and a fist-sized portion of fish or skinless chicken.
For dinner, how much you eat depends how hungry you are. Dinner is basically the same as lunch. Make sure you eat plenty of veges and eat fish or skinless chicken to keep you full. If you get cravings for carbohydrates, you can eat a small roasted potato, roasted with no oil of course.
If you do get hungry between meals, eat low-sugar fruits such as apples. Don't eat nuts as they are extremely high in fat and don't eat dried fruit as they are high in sugar.
And last of all, make sure you drink plenty of water and exercise heaps! Low impact cardio exercises are the best for fat burning, such as walking, light cycling, aerobics. High impact exercises burn more carbohydrates and less fat.
I'm 5ft 2in and a while ago I weighed 145lbs, now I'm 110lbs. The diet worked for me! Good luck!

your plan has nothing fresh in it - it only has processed foods.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
