I've got excellent results with my chiropractor He graduated from th Palmer Institute I had problems with asthma, with my stomach, feet, hip and neck and now I am so much better Depending how aggressive your condition is will depend how long you will go Now I only go when I feel the need ,once or twice a year It saved my life

I have had very good results from a couple different chiropractors who use the same techniques.

The doctors who use the techniques from the school of the pretzel as I like to call it, where they really twist on the body do me no good.

The ones that really help me a lot use a table that is pressure sensitive. The table area that he is working on is activate and as he applies pressure to my spine that section pops back up causing the manipulation of the area he is working on.

Also the chiropractors that keep wanting you to come back time after time.... are selling a bill of goods. The more times they can get you to come back the more money they make off you or your insurance.

The doctors I talked about above all were very good about telling me this is what I am doing. IF you are still having problems let me know and we will do a bit more adjustment. They don't incourage you to keep coming back again, again, and again.

I LOVE my chiropractor. Since I haven't had health insurance I've been forced to only go like once a year when I can't stand it anymore. But if I could I'd go every month!

I've been to a few different doctors, but I always go back to my original one. My grandma started taking me when was like seven and in dance classes (neck problems from handstands). She's the kind that does all the manipulations manually on an adjustable table. I really feel a ton better after just one visit and I feel like I get my money's worth.

Some doctors poke you with a stick and tell you to come back every two weeks. I think that's a gyp. I'm sure there's some reason for it, but it doesn't really give me the results I'm used to. Just relax and enjoy! Your body will thank you for it.
