You can think clearly and your head isn't filled up with a bunch of bull like drama, boys, new clothes, etc. It bascially means that you are a down to earth person who is very logical in a time where logic is needed. This is an awesome thing to be called/refered to.

haha. someone actually just told me that...it means that you are smart and you know right from wrong.i get away with alot of stupid things because my parents believe that i make dumb choices, but i have a "good head on my shoulders." haha.
