Yes, I think it is fair. I was lower on the transplant list for a kidney and received a kidney from my mom. If I hadn't, I might still be on dialysis.

Ok clarification needed. Do you mean from dead relatives or from live ones for say a kidney transplant? I know right now you can't get from dead family by choice but didn't know if you mean should it be that way.

OPINION: yes i think it is fair
REASON: many people will give organs to a family member but not a stranger, so there is no unfairness about this.

yes its fair,, i actually think that people should sign a DO NOT DONATE card and if you do not have one then your organs are automatically harvested,, for the better good of humanity,,,
