They have been gone for 9 months now, i have no way to contact them or anything...is there anything I can do. I have already called a lwayer. They told me to call police in Iowa, I now live in Wisconsin. I called the cops there and they said they cant do anything, I am so lost.

This is a bad situation. Sence your x does have full custody there may not be anything you can do. But there is also a reason your x does have full custody because it is hard to get. Now if you have any kind of visitation they could go after him for interfering with a court order. You need to get the phone book and start calling all the lawyers and tell each one your story and see what comes up. You can also call a private detective. You can also probly use a web sight to find people and use his ss# and possibley find his address and phone #. good luck.

Do you have court order? If you do, you're probably given some type of visitation. Right now she is violating the court order by keeping the child from having visitations with you. File a motion on your custody case requesting her to bring the child back. If you play your cards right, you'll end up with full custody and then the police will be forced to look for your daughter. You can't "kidnap" your own kid, but there is something called custodial interference.
