ok well theres this guy i like and ALOT of people tell me they think he likes me. the people who tell me they think he likes me dont noe i like him. but the other day in p.e. he like kept coming up to me and like messing wit me. then this one boy yelled to him "stop flirting" so im wondering, do u think he likes me or no?

Well it does sound like he's flirting with you. You might want to tell him how you feel. You have a good chance. Ask him how he feels about you if that makes it easier for you, but tell him.

Its less about your inability to tell and more about you ignoring the signs that are clearly obvious. I guess its possible, seems unlikely that he would be flirting with you so much if he didnt :)
