I asked this guy i like out to the movies and he said yes,but he got in trouble at school so he couldn't go, should i ask him out again or wait for him to ask me? he already knows I like him and I know he likes me,he knows i'm willing to go out with him, but i'm scard he won't ask because he is sorda shy.

it seems like you just answered your own question but let me help you out a little bit,. it is a new day and ok for girls to ask boys out and make sure you still act like a lady and helpfully you can bring him out of his shell and he can take the lead role and be the man your looking for

Ask him agian and say something like "since you got in trouble and couldnt go out with me before, how about now?"
^something like that!
He probably would of gone out with you to the movies or w/e but he got in trouble so he probably will still consider it next time he asks you or you ask him.
Do what your heart is telling you lol (sounds kinda cheessyyy)

just say to him, "hey, sorry to hear what happened at school and I was really disappointed that you couldn't go out with me. How about next, Friday instead?" or something along those lines.

Give it a little time, he might of taken it as a raincheck and will cash it when you least expect it. If he didnt catch onto it then you can go ahead and go for a second try :)
