Please don't do it. I heard it on the news that you can get into trouble for pranks calls if the pranks backfires. If you do do it, just be careful. :(

Check out the site www.aftervoice.com It will allow you to type a message and then have it sent (with any caller id information) to any US phone number for FREE!
Beware: You are only allowed 3 uses of this service every 24 hours from the same computer and the message reads off your IP address at the end of the call. So be safe and don't prank to seriously!

A better solution is to use the av voice changer software. With that you can call anyone just block your phone# or if your using the Internet open an account w/ skype w/ a bogus e-m address you opened anywhere and just talk with them. The software lets you alter your voice to anything from a child to a women or even animals and ghosts..lol
Of course the software cost but if you know how to use the file sharing software out there you can get a download version for nix but that's your choice... good luck

in case you have purpose form My IP Relay in for a pal then you definately can call the chum with that and form what your announcing and the two a adult adult males voice or a ladies voice will consult with the guy... is amazingly humorous
