No time to list 10 bad foods but in GENERAL, look at saturated and trans fat content and sugar. Those 3 things are the most common culprits of making food unhealthy.

Example: Fast foods are usually high in saturdated and trans fats because they are very greasy. Sweets are loaded with sugar causing insulin spikes which could mean quick fat gains unless burned off soon.

Look at nutritional fact on labels. Look for sugar grams. No more than 2, 5 if it's canned, but try to steer clear of canned things. Beans are okay canned, but better freshly cooked.

Basically, if you can't understand most of the ingredients on the label, I wouldn't put it in my body.

hamburgers fat and sugar, addictive
ice cream too much sugar
too much meat is not design for us to eat, specially pork and red meat
hot dogs, too much fat
pizza, is delicious but it makes you gain weight
too much bread
too much pasta
Soda it has too much sugar
Too many dessserts, in conclusion avoid sugar and fat
food that contain fiber is so much heathly like wheat
grains, fruits and vegetables contain much more of the vitamins you need to be healthy.
fish is good and is best when is fresh also

There are NO bad foods. All food helps fuel your body. It's all about moderation.

Chips, fries, burgers, fried anything, beer, cake, pie, cupcakes, pudding, pizza, calzones, Chicken Alfredo, butter, oil (unless it's olive oil or Omega-6 or Omega-3)..etc.
--you should ask "What IS healthy to eat"

mcdonalds (but i eat it anyway but like not BLD (brekfast lunch diner). lol. but yeah mickey d's uh, any fast food chain cept like good resturants which are fine, frozen meals that are loaded with like fake eggs and grease and crap. yea thats all i can think of.

sugar coated candies and foods, extrmely salty foods, raw top ramen, cookies, cake, ice cream(unless slowly churned), french fries,cinnomon rolls, donuts, and churros(cuz their loaded iwth cinnomon)
