Jr's already got a stable of drivers at JR Motorsports, including Shane Huffman who drives the #88 Navy car in the Busch series(Yes that's a JR Motorsports car not a DEI car), plus 2 drivers running the Busch East series, I forgot who the first one is, but the other is Curtis Truex Jr. (Martin's cousin), they also have former motorcross champion Jeremy McGrath under contract too. So basically JR Motorsports has drivers on the lower levels already, it's just a question of who's ready to move up.

JR Motorsport has a good Busch driver in Shane Huffman who fits into the Junior/Truex mold.

Michael Waltrip!!! (Just kidding)!!! I think this is where the trouble will begin, Jr. will not allow someone who may do better than him . I think he will go to the Busch Shopping Center and grab someone young, naive and that will not overshadow him. This will be one of the first true tests as a Team owner!!!
Great Question!!!!!!
