The rejection that men face for the most part is superficially based and at the beginning of the relationship. Women have to deal with more intense type which often comes at the end of the relationship , because of the ability to have children and sometimes see them rejected over a long period of time. The fact that women outnumber men greatly does not help also, to spur on the progression of moving on. Having stated all that, I would rather have rejection at the very beginning of the relationship, before the impact is much greater and longer lasting.

I don't think this is gender-based. There are plenty of men with feminine traits, as there are women with male traits. I have a girl friend who doesn't have a problem handling rejection when it comes to men, and I also have a guy friend who absolutely hates it.
It's a toss up, really.

Sounds good actually. But you say do away with affirmative action, then you say women have to take on as much blue collar jobs as men. Is that not affirmative action? So everything except the last one, since it goes against getting rid of affirmative action.

Well, men get it all of the time, and women can be very rude & crude about it, so I say that men are more used to it.
