The best answer was not quite as concise as I had hoped for.

You may disagree with my assessmint, after all, I am just a cat. (mint was intended)

Periods OBVIOUSLY are necessary for a womens body to be ready to start a new
life(s) in order that the human race can continue to exist. The cycle continues
month after month as the baby factory is torn down and rebuilt.

(Reason behind the prime purpose follows)

Without periods the factory would become polluted and unable to beginfertilization. The woman would go into toxic shock and die. Periods clean out, refresh and renew the womb in order to prepare for the opportunity to begin the GOD designed cycle of life.

Women should never be ashamed of their periods, as this is the GOD DESIGNED method to allow for fertilization AND to clean out the womb in order to avoid death by
toxic build up.

Females, before puberty and first period should never engage in sexual intercourse.

( continued next installmint ) (mint intended)

Females after menopause should have their uterus and ovaries removed.

The inability (either before periods start or after periods stop) for the womb to
clean itself, by monthly periods, leads to the dangerous build up of injected
foreign matter, if sexual intercourse is engaged in without the male wearing a device to prevent semen injection into the womb.

>>>>>>>

REPEAT : Women should never be ashamed of their periods, as this is the GOD
DESIGNED method to allow for fertilization AND to clean out the womb in order to
avoid death by toxic build up.

Well, since the uterus is going to eventually be the "home" of a baby for 10 months, the uterus needs to stay clean and health. It is easier for the human body to shed the lining of the uterus rather than to try and maintain it. By having a period the body is ensuring that the environment will be clean and healthy when an egg is fertilized and ready to be implanted. By bleeding the body is essentially flushing out the old. And providing a clean, fresh, and healthy "home".

In order for a woman's body to prepare to have a baby, her uterus must prepare it's self. Each month the uterus builds up a lining to prepare for the implantation of an egg. If the egg is not fertilized then the uterus must slough off the lining in the form of a period. After the end of the period the whole process starts again....

That could be.. (imagine this, Why don't you) That the female body produces an egg, in preperation of reproduction, it's released. Now if the egg isn't fertilized in a certain amount of time, My guess is, the egg goes kinda dead and the body rejects it because it's no longer useful to it.
We have it because our bodies have a natural course of 28 days.

I would say to complain ( I am married) but I would probably be hit for that.. so I would say it is because they want chocalate... ummm no. Oh I know, the have a cycle with eggs (not bird eggs) and their body has to have a good one so when the old one goes "bad" they get rid of it.

Because we like to have better grammar...Though I am very bad at mine, I always misspell But I am pretty good a capitalizing and periods. (the words "behind" and "Must" are all caps which would suggest a catch....or am i wrong?)
Periods go at the end of a sentence. or "behind" it. Women are more careful at that kind of stuff then men....(oo Is that the right answer?)
