one of the best ways to lose weight is running. it tones your abs while burning fat and doing cardio. If you are really out of shape start out with brisk walking and light jogging. then increase to running. go around you neigborhood. also don't eat past a certain hour of the night if you go to bed at 11 don't eat past 7 this will allow you to burn the food a little, instead of eating something that just sits on you as you sleep. also try subsitituting junk for healthier foods, and eating smaller portions good luck!

Well first of all eat right. and also do maybe some push ups or situps and maybe jumpropping and running around the block or someting. Eat more smaller meals instead of a few big ones and check what your eating out. exercise or use more calories then you take in.

Run, Eat healthier keep your pulse up.

Push ups and the like give you more muscle mass, more muscle mass more calories burned easier to lose weight.

Play some sort of sport outside, and don't take any change for snacks with you. The equipment in your house will only work if you use it, it will not help you by just being there.

eat lean and skinny, don't eat any sweets and take a walk twice a day around your neighbourhood to start with. When u stop seeing results is when you need to hit the gym,
