I have great skin on my face (lots of work and care went into that) but I have huge yucky zits on my chest and back. Is there a product I can use that won't bleach my clothing like clearasil does? I'd really like to get these cleared up.

honestly you shouldn't listen to any of these answers without talking to a dermatologist. These type of zits could be hormonal, due to diet, allergies, poor hygiene, or even sweating due to working out. If they are huge it sounds like you have cystic zits...seriously...you need to talk to a dermatologist, it will save you $ in the long run, and it sounds like maybe some scarring too. You may need a systemic antibiotic, a complete diet change, some topicals, among other things. If you are taking any steriods this will def cause those. If you work out shower before and after and wipe your workout bench with am antibiotic wipe before letting your skin touch. Wash you bed more regularly and have an allergy test done to be sure you are not allergic to wheat or dairy, etc.

Well I have the same problem and I dont put zit cream because that would get too messy and its really only meant for your face BUT I do use Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash everyday and it really helped clear up a LOT. Just make sure you dont scrub because you dont want to irritate your skin and use lotion everyday so that your skin doesnt dry out.

Well, you can go to the dermatologist and spend a fortune but I recommend using ProActiv solutions. I've always had acne problems most of my life and nothing ever worked. I finally broke down and decided to purchase ProActiv. I was very skeptical due to it being an infomercial. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. It really works. I was amazed. I also have to keep my water conditioner filled with salt so my water will stay soft. Hard water is not good for your skin either. It drys, blocks pores and makes my skin itchy. Try ProActiv, its alot cheaper than a dermatologist.

if u dont mind spending money get proactive. they make it seem cheesy on the commercials, but suprisingly it works great! If you do mind spending money then get a lemon and squeeze the juice on any zits you have. This seems really wierd but it dries them up and works good on problem zits!

I would reccomend trying Neutrogena's body wash for acne. It doesn't seem to be as harsh as Clearasil, and worked for me.
One thing- it tends to dry your skin out, so be sure to keep moisturizer handy.

The other answers are good, but you may also want to include oatmeal baths or oatmeal soap in your regimen to make sure you are exfoliating and caring for your skin all over as well as you can.
