Best is to see your dentist or ortho and they can explain what they can do.

You have one tooth that is behind the others, so it needs to be pulled forward. This probably can't be done without making room for it by shifting the other teeth beside it.

I can understand that you see this as "only needing one tooth fixed" but that is usually not the case. You need to have your total bite and alignment fixed, and that can best be done with braces.

I know you said you don't want braces, but unfortunately that is the best way to fix this sort of problem. If the appearance of braces is what bothers you, then find an orthodontist who does lingual braces which are behind the teeth. Invisalign *might* help in your case, but it's hard to say. Invisalign usually works best on very simple cases.

There are also a lot of new "regular" brackets which are smaller and tend to move teeth faster (for example, Damon brackets).

Go to a couple of orthodontists and get a couple of opinions. It's usually free. Best of luck!

p.s. If you do get braces, surf over to ArchWired.com, where you will find a lot of information and help.

You'll have to have some type of braces to fix that if you want it fixed, there's no way around it. However, you could might be a good candidate for Invisalign, you can't tell when someone is wearing those, so it could be a possibility?
