Yes, was the Almighty God and Jesus Christ and the multitude of angels who Job38:7 said shouted in applause when the earth was made. They were not on the earth. They are spirit creatures complete with a villians. Satan and his demons who like the body snatchers enter peoples bodys and they become demonized . Clothed themselves in human bodies and married attractive women and bred some hybred monsters. who God destroyed in a flood.
Job 1:7 tells about Satan or this spirit person visiting the earth. They are invisible to humans so could be standing right beside you. Revelation 12:7 They had a war in heaven and the bad ones where cast out.
Ezekiel tells in the first chaper about aliens visiting the earth.
2 of these creatures talked to Abraham and told him about Sodom and Gamorrah. Being as they were materialized into men's bodies. That makes the body snatchers mild compared to the actual truth.
Genesis 6 Jude 6
they made us as experiments in flesh and blood bodies.
They go back and forth between this place called heaven and earth. So if this place called heaven is out there somewhere that makes them aliens.

No, the Bible doesn't mention extraterrestrials one way or the other.
As far as I know, apart from the overwhelming lack of any evidence whatsoever of intelligent life on other planets, the main reason why Christians tend not to believe in aliens is that said belief is usually grounded in the supposition that life evolves from non-life.
Therefore, with evolution, we're almost certain to have company in the universe. Outside of the theory of evolution, however, we're faced with the grim lack of any traces whatsoever of intelligent life.
Whether or not the Bible did mention aliens, or whether they exist, however, the core message remains the same.
I hope that was helpful.

No there is not anything in the bible about aliens, but certain peoples who were seen as immoral to God's law were described as aliens. Truly no aliens though.

Supposedly Ezekials wheel was an encounter.
And how about the Nephilem? Any being not from the earth could be considered and extraterrestrial, terrestrial means earth and put that with the word "extra?" if thats the case the bible is full of them.

Yes. All spirit creatures would be considered alien to this planet or extra-terrestrial.

Old or new testament?
In the new testament there's a notion of a baby mammal born from a female mammal without benefit of fertilization from a male mammal.
That's the most alien being I can think of. Offhand.

Yes, read the book of Ezekiel or about Elijah who did not experience death, a fiery chariot came down out of the sky and took him away or how about when Jesus said he has other flocks not of this world.

You bet, but not the extraterrestrial kind:
Exd 18:3 And her two sons; of which the name of the one [was] Gershom; for he said, I have been an alien in a strange land:
Deu 14:21 Ye shall not eat [of] any thing that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that [is] in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou [art] an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.
Job 19:15 They that dwell in mine house, and my maids, count me for a stranger: I am an alien in their sight.
Psa 69:8 I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.
Isa 61:5 And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien [shall be] your plowmen and your vinedressers.
