So many misconceptions in such a short statement...
1. "Forgotten"? The vast majority of people in the world are not Christian and so therefore never "knew" this in the first place.
2. You imply that this is a fact. It is not a fact, it is a belief of your sect, based on faith with no evidence.
3. Why is "eternal life" "good news"? I can think of nothing worse than living eternally. Can you imagine what you would be like after a few billion years of this eternal life? And that just scratches the surface of "eternal".

We all have eternal life! It matters nothing if you choose to worship a god or son or holy ghost or prophet or whatever. What matters is how you behave in this life. If you are greedy and care nothing for the suffering of others, then you will suffer when the time comes. If you care for people and the world then you are rewarded when the time comes. These messages are in the religious texts: why does nobody take notice anymore?

Personally I believe that life is eternal and it is not necessary to follow Christ. Your reminder is not required thank you.

It may be good news for you but not all of us need to seek salvation or justification for our physical lives.
I understand you have deep rooted belief in your christ but lots of people don't. And neither do they share your belief in an afterlife. I don't suppose that it has occurred to you that other people have beliefs that go way back before christianity, judaism or islam. I am not berating you for your beliefs but please understand that not everyone shares them.
...and Who wants to live forever? I don't.

The Bible says: "But if our gospel be hid, it is hid from them that are lost:
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not,
Lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."
2 Corinthians 4:3 and 4

This is what your religion teaches. And I don't believe it. Many people around the world who have other religions or none, don't believe it either. Aren't you capable to understand that there are people who think differently?
