i think I know what you are talking about. no matter what I do, even right after I shave, my legs (mostly the bottom quarter of my calf) still looks like there is a lot of little fine hairs, but it is 100% smooth, when I run my hand both ways. I've tried waxing, nair, veet, everything I could think of. The only thing I have found that makes a little bit of difference is when I get a tan they are les noticable. Hope this helps

Thats why people wax- it removes the hair from underneath the surface of the skin. Waxing is no fun. Try shaving in the morning before school- use a good/healthy cream.

Don't press too hard when you shave, [for future reference] you know, if your frustrated and trying to shave all the hairs off. You may just be hairy! No one will look that closely at your skin, so just shave once a day and don't worry about it.

i don't know. how about waxing. also i got some stuff from avon where you just rub it on your area to be shaved (but you are not actually shaving). then wait a couple of minutes then wipe off with towel, tissue, etc. and you will be hairless for a couple of days at least.

If you have fine hair, it could be that the razor is not getting the hairs and it doesn't matter because your hair is so fine it feels smooth. Try Nair or some other liquid remover and see if you see a difference.

Peace!

maybe you should try waxing.. waxing plucks the entire hair out so it will take a while before it starts growing again. It takes a few weeks before u start seeing follicles again. BUT it is a bit painful.. beauty is PAIN!! hehe

umm all i can say is make sure you shave with a good shaving cream, put lotion on your legs as soon as you get out of the shower, while they are still a little wet and then put lotion on them again after a couple mins and they are dry
