Every day this girl always looks at me and I know she likes me but I haven't been able to talk to her But today something weird happened during lunch on my school, While I was on line to get the food the girl was there on the other line besides me with her friends, when all of the sudden she took a picture of me and giggled with her friends, I thought it might be bad because they might use my pic, to add it to myspace or something, So it's this considered as stalking or just weird?

It is just a normal stage girls go though. They just can't control themselves when they see a really cute guy they like. I am almost positive that they won't use ur pic on myspace, but only to put in there room. But if she does this like every time she sees u like next year or even in like 6 months, then it is just wierd.

I don’t think it’s quite at the stalking level before, and I should know I have been stalked. It probably just means that she likes you. But no one should be taking your pic without your permission so if you didn’t want her to have it you should have told her to delete it. If you don’t know her very well then maybe you should be a bit cautious of what she may do with it. But as I said talk to her and ask her to delete it if it makes you uncomfortable.

Weird, creepy and possibly stalking. If it's making you feel uncomfortable then it's definitely not right. I suggest you approach the girl and talk to her. She has a crush on you but is to shy to tell you. Tell her you feel uncomfortable with what she's doing. Ask her why she took your picture. Or maybe you can ask one of her friends or have one of your friends ask her.

It's not stalking dude. people have the freedom to take pictures of anybody in public or public places. How she use the picture can be illegal, if it's deformation of character.
I'm pretty sure it's just a crush.

Just weird. Stalking would be following you home, calling you at random hours and getting your undies off the line and sniffing them. You just got yourself a regular secret admirer. If she is alright persue it :)

if she posts it on myspace it is illegal, u can only post pictures on the internet or anywhere only if u have the persons permission, otherwise it is illegal
yea i would call it stalking, maybe i would talk to a teacher or something about the picture part

it's called flirting, but flirting you don't like sometimes borders on stalking, specially with young people still figuring out how to approach people.
