There is a place where you can get advice and a diet plan with support all the time you need it even if you are busy working etc. if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I just paid the postage and handling, but for what I got it was well worth it. You just go to www.myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

Wrong diet pills, yes they are a bad idea. I am a diet pill expert, and I know firsthand that the wrong diet pill can be dangerous. The best diet pill out there is Proactol. It is 100% safe and it doesn't cause any of the several known side effects. It is also very effective, binding up to 28% of body fat. Also if you are dissatisfied with the amount of weight you've lost within 120 days, they will refund all of your money including your shipping. Check out their site:

Whether or not Proactol is your choice, it is extremely important to do your research. Good luck!

I am not a Doctor but I do know there is no safe quick fix for a problem that developed over time.
Sure you could take diet pills to curb your appetite, but not eating is just as harmful as over eating if not more so.
Anything that claims to be a miracle cure is nothing more the a modern day version of what was called snake oil which was sold out of the back of a covered wagon to unsuspecting saps back in the 1800's
Rule of thumb "if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is."

Well diet pills do work for me. I'm 120pounds. Use natural diet pills for a metabolism booster and fat burner. Metabo Speed xxx is one for example. Use some grapefruit juice while dieting. You can also cleanse yourself by using a detox or colon cleanser

In terms of diet pills, I suggest you only use them if your diet and exercise is in check. Diet pills are almost completely worthless unless you have those two things in order.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.
