What you should do, is make sure you eat a lot of salad every day..for roughage...this is really important, and I find that you can get really bound up when you don't eat lots of fiber, fruit, and veggies, and salad every day. Also, drink lots of water everyday also...I don't think you have IBS,...but maybe nerves or stress in your life can bind you up, as the old folks say...Just eat healthy, and get lots of sleep and you will be just fine...

Well, the lower right quadrant, at the terminal ilius, which is where the small intestine and large intestine join, is the most common area for Crohn's Disease to strike. I have it, and that's where I first started having pain. Do you have pain when you need to have a bowel movement? Does the pain come and go in waves? I'd say that if it's not that bothersome, and the doctors have ruled out appendicitis, just wait it out. If you have Crohn's or Colitis, it will get worse. If it does get worse, don't accept any answer, find a doctor who will get to the root of the problem. I went through 2 doctors before finding a GI who was willing to help me, and it took them using trial and error with different meds for different conditions to diagnose me, and even then, no evidence of Crohn's was visible in my colonoscopies until my third one. Best of luck to you!

good to start with, when you've certainly not had intercourse then it is actually unimaginable so that you can be pregnant, so no concerns there whatever. nonetheless, if the soreness is THAT dangerous, which it sounds adore it is (needles, ouch!), you will have to obviously see a medical professional if it does not give up or no less than begin to leave inside a couple of days, or if it will get worse. i am no medical professional or not anything however i am undoubtedly constructive you are now not pregnant (when you certainly not had intercourse, that's), and it would be a quantity of matters. almost always just a few dangerous gasoline from whatever you ate, lol. it occurs. well success! desire u think higher =)
