First of all.... 15 BUFFALO WINGS?

Okay, the answer is "it depends on your physical ability" Usually i'd say 30 min at the least for most people, but then again 15 buffalo wings is alot...

Well they used to say dont go swimming right after lunch- give yourself at least an hour before you go back in. Most of the blood has gone to your stomach rather than your extremities. Well your not in a pool but on land and there is no reason that you cannot do either pushups or situps. However your heart may need that blood when working out.

Why wait, use the wings as motivation set 1 on a plate and take a bite every push-up and for sit-ups hang a wings from a string so you can get a bite on the way up.

Generally, people who want to work out right away wait about an hour after eating a meal or a good quantity of food, but your best bet is to wait 2 hours for your food to fully digest so you're not interrupting it.

I would wait a couple of hours to make sure it is digested especially buffalo wings. Not great workout food.

At least an hour or two.

But it also depends on the person, if you feel like you can pull off push ups and sit ups after eating...then go for it, but i don't think you will feel very well afterwards.

I'd say an hour so that your food has digested. I once heard that exercising right after eating, is hard on your heart, until the food has been digested.

you really want to let the food migrate from the stomach to the lower intestine. 30-60 minutes minimum
