he's bothering my friend too, and now he's bothering me. it's nothing big, just subtle things, but it still bothers me. In math class, when he needs to get a tissue or something, he walks behind me and squeezes my shoulders, and when we're in a really crowded hallway he likes to push himself against me, just slightly, but i can feel it, and sometimes he comes over to poke/tickle me and he pulls my shirt up a little.
but i dont know for sure so i dont want to tell....

definitly tell a counselor .You and yor girlfriend. If he is doing it to you two he is doing it to somebody else too. He has no right or reason to be putting a finger on any body.

The next time he does something, why not turn around and tell him to stop touching you, or else you will report him to the principal. He should get the message.

What is it that you dont know for sure?? That he's touching you?? Tell the counselor everything you wrote on here.

You and your friend really should tell. He might be doing that just an escuse to touch you.

If he does it again tell him to stop touching your so that everybody around you could hear.
He will stop after that.
