Hi,
Yes the dog starts to put on weight, her teats become bigger,she become restless, she might have a temperature,her fur looses it shine, she start to moult,and eat more, and in 63/65 days
her puppies arrive,you will need, a whelping pen , vet bed,heat pad (to keep them warm) puppies mostly die from the cold,because they can't retain the heat ,as they are to young ,you will also need puppy formula, feeding bottles for emergencies, jug,clean towels,antiseptic cream,a shallow metal dish for water for the puppies to drink water from (when bigger)you can get one in the pound shop,
You should take her to the vets and have a scan (you get a picture like humans do) then you will know for sure,Go to Library and get some books on breeding, whelping and the whelping pen
(this pen has to be safe)

Usually the last 2 weeks you can't miss it - they look like the swallowed a watermelon. BUT I've heard of a mother carring a small litter that didn't show at all and there were suprize pups..

Yes they appear to have what looks more like a bloated appearance around the middle, and quite firm bodied when they are pregnant.

You'll find after about a month she'll start showing and her nipples will get bigger.

she will start to gain weight and her nipples should become more prominant but you cant always tell. my in-laws dog had pups and we only knew about it when she went into labour...made for an interesting sunday lunch lol

Yes,dogs do show when they pregnant.She'll be more agrusive to you and your family. She'll be more lazy. Her stomach will get big and she'll have niples.

Yes my dog got fat. Their temperature also goes up. They also have several nipples pop out.
