Yes I would give my life up for his. Or at least I pray I'd have the courage. Facing death is something that would be hard. Most would like to say Yes with no hesitation but when it really came down too it- I don't know ! It's all about having faith and courage- I just pray if I am faced with that- I will have the courage- because that's what my heart would want me to do.

I would make my prayer for protection first then kick him in the balls and run and say yes I believe as I am running. But I will use all of my God Given Intelligence , and ability As I make my conviction. Why should I wast my life for an idiot. That's foolish. I have a mission to do and I can't do it if I'm not here

Yes.
(Though even Peter said that but still denied Jesus. I sincerly hope that I have the strength to stick to my convictions if it should come to that. I love my Lord more than words can describe)

I would be willing to die because he was willing to die for me.
I know natural fear would be present for a moment, but I am persuaded that the Lord would give me supernatural courage
if He allowed me to face that situation.
God always gives martyr courage if He calls someone to a martyrs death. Foxes Book of Martyrs is a prime example of those who suffered and died horrible torture for the sake of Christ.

That is not giving up your life for Jesus, that is giving up your life for a belief.
If you can't tell the difference then you are a sad individual.
