i have been injured since june, and two weeks ago i was relaesed to activity. but i cant bring myself to want to. i would just rather sit and watch tv and eat. and i havnt gained alot, but i would like to tone up and stuff. but my body would rather just sit thater? what do i do???

well... you wont get something for nothing... just keep that in mind... youll get nothing if you do nothing... so no use complaining. motivation is hard to explain to someone who isnt motivated.... Wanna know what i did???
I got a cute work out matching outfit... one that im comfortable in [its stretchy] ... i layed it all out on the floor [even the shoes and ipod] and then when i got home from work i saw it there, and i put it on, and immediately i felt motivated... listen to a song u love.. and imagine yourself moving to it... Also, sit on the floor and stretch... stretching is that kind of hurt that feels good... same with working out... try it... [seriously try it]

Start small. Walk around the block a few times a week and build from there.

could be the foods that you are consuming. processed foods have an adverse effect on the mood, etc. are do not provide the right nutrients that make you want to get up and go.
