I am 5'6 about approx. 230 I know theres alot of muscle thats why my weight is high I could use a lil advice on what type of excersise is really good I work out 5 to 6 times a week with the exception of 1 day to relax my muscles and my body.. so tell me what you think please dont be rude but be honest I want to Know how other people feel about the way I look... I do my Own Eyebrows since i was 14 so 4 years and trust me they used to not look like that and i pluck not shave them because I like the drawn on look and to the girls that want there eyebrows similar to mine I will give tips just yahoo messenger me!

I think you're quite attractive. The thing is, your focus should be on good health rather than your physical appearance. If you work towards good health, a lot of other things fall in line naturally. You become more physically capable, your mood becomes more positive, you feel more confident, you can handle stress better, and yes, you may look more like you want. If you retain a paradigm of good health, it's the best way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and sticking with it.

first thing first: YOU are absolutely GORGEOUS you just need to 'slim and you will be EVEN more gorgeous. okay so iam reading the other answers and i want to warn you to NOT DIET! dieting is really bad, okay? WHATEVER you do DO NOT diet!!!!! because you cut yourself back on things you actually need and you eat less at meals so later you snack and then when the diet is over you end up MUCH heavier than when you started the diet.
what you need to do is your routine work outs but pick a day (lets say wednesday) and every wednesday you will have a HARD CORE work out and just kick *** on that day and then the rest f the days just your regular workout (do you have an ipod? well use it during your work outs it keeps your mind off of the pain/stress/cramps..etc..
now for nutrition (i know alot about this cuz my dad has heart disease so he can only eat a specific way) you REALLY need to cut down (not out if you totally cut it out it could cause more strress and what not) all of the junk food meals and snacks, maybe have low fat brownies once in awhile instead of ice cream, diet pepsi instead of regular, just choose the healthier choice of a specfic food and you will drop pounds. when (if) you go to the local starbucks/coffee shop get a non-fat (whatever you get) and only get it once in awhile. Also cut back on junk foods from fast food places

You look great...But what is really important, is how do you feel about yourself? If you are working out and drinking sugar free drinks. Lots of water. Watch anything bread wise for a while, pasta in small amounts. It doesn't happen overnight.
You also are large boned and honey you will never be super skinny and you have to be OK with that. It's the way God made you. You are beautiful...Now start beleiving it.

Not trying to be gay, but honestly, you're pretty hot. You know Callie (Sarah Ramirez) from Grey's Anatomy? Pure hottie. You could totally be in her family.
I understand that you want to tone up though, I'm 5'6, 206 lbs and except that I'm darker than you, we look pretty similar bodywise. If you think its' muscle you gotta start doing cardio. That's the only thing that works for our body type.
Try the eliptical or playing tennis and swimming. You probably have fat on top of your muscles.

When I saw your height and weight I thought fat but when I saw your pictures you are actually very sexy so you can carry it off even at this weight but you could lose maybe 30lbs to be perfect.
The best way is to be careful what you drink, avoiding anything with sugar. When you drink coke make it diet coke. Limit your fast foods too.
No matter what people tell you, excercise does a lot less than diet to reduce your weight.
But even at this weight I would never turn you down and only a blind fool would.

Sorry, but by your pictures you would be considered heavy. I would cut out the pop, sugars,some carbs like pasta, breads & potatoes. Eat more salads & fresh fruit. And don't eat 3-4 hours before going to bed. That is the worst thing you can do. Keep up the workouts as you'll see better results by eating smarter.

I think your very pretty. I don't see anything wrong with your body. If you are exercising or trying to get into shape for health reason's or it's because you want to do it. Go ahead and good luck. No one is perfect we all have flaws so don't try to change for other's if your happy with your body. Also try to aim at being healthy not skinny. Every one's not meant to be skinny, some people would look funny. Like Star Jones. Later lil mama.

you need to focus on the diet. exercise only provides the stimulus the diet ultimately determines what the body looks like. if you are exercising 5-6 hours weekly that is plenty you need to choose smarter foods to consume and the weight will come off.

I think you are very pretty. The BMI may say obese, but you don't look obese to me. I would say a little overweight.
Keep doing what you are doing, drink plenty water, eat lots of fresh fruit & veggies, get good sleep every night, keep your calorie intake lower than what you burn and you will see results.
