Fundraising ideas:
1) A raffle or drawing - tickets for a romantic vacation or cruise ship are popular fundraisers. You can also do 50/50 drawings - the winner gets 50% of the ticket sales and your charity gets the other 50%.
2) Silent auctions are popular with a fundraising dinner. You make money on the profits from the dinner tickets and on the sales (auction) of donated products (art donations, donations from local businesses, etc.)
3) A 'Walk for Cancer' is another great fundraiser. "Walkers" get pledges from family, friends, co-workers, etc. for each mile they walk. This can be a great way for kids/teens to participate in fundraising!
