I can't tell if he likes me or not.
1)he always is bugging me
2)always poking me
3)making weird comments (you know you love me, Your my bestest friend i ♥ u.)
but who knows what he means for real.
4)calls me just a little off of my real name just because he knows it bugs me.
5)has asked me out like 5 times befor but i said no but now idk.

all the poking and bugging you... he's trying to get your attention. He likes you... he's asked you out 5 times??? If you've turned him down each time... he may think that your not interested.... if so you may have to reignite his interest. flirt a little... see if he bites when he asks you out for the 6th time take him up on the offer.
Read "The Art of Seduction" by Robert Greene. I found the book interesting... as long as your not the deceiving manipulative type of person you may get some good info from the book. If you are that type of person the book will make you worse!

Yes! He definitely has a thing for you, but don't worry sometimes when a guy wants your attention he will bug and annoy you till it drives you CRAZY!! If you want him to stop make sure that if he tells you he loves you and asks you out again, make sure you say no,and that you don't think of him like that, and explain that you are just friends. Nothing else.

Well I think in his own maybe he does like you,but if he teasing all the time I he does like you,and my fiance is always teasing me but,he gets a kick out of busting my chops ,too.
I seriously think he has a major crush on you! And if you Chose you can say, you just want too be friends and nothing more. That's what I'd do if I had too.
