what is nano technolgy and what are nanites. How is it possible for them to function within the human body.

Nano Technology is the development of Microscopic Machines, Nanites are what these machines are called. So far as I know, they have not been able to produce any that actually work. But if they did develop some that did, they would probably somehow gather their energy from the bodies own electromagnetic field or even possibly thermal energy from your body heat.

There are no such things as "nanites", at least not yet.
