We probably don't even know what the most guarded place in the world is. The best form of defense is secrecy so I am sure that whatever the most heavily guarded place is we have no idea about it. But as far as places we do know of, I would probably bet on Fort Knox. It's 5 minutes away from the largest armored force in the world and over 10,000 soldiers. I don't think anyone is going to steal that gold.
