If they believe in a talking snake, a great floor that covered the whole planet, people coming back from the dead, and more, then yes, I'm sure they believe in that too.

Yes there is a wide variety of possible symptoms of demon possession, such as a physical impairment that cannot be attributed to an actual physiological problem, personality changes such as major depression or uncharacteristic aggression, supernatural strength, a disregard for modesty or “normal” social interaction, and perhaps the ability to share information that one has no natural way of knowing. It is important to note that nearly all, if not all, of these characteristics may have other explanations, so it is important not to label every depressed person or epileptic individual as demon possessed. On the other hand, I think that in our western culture, we probably don’t take Satanic involvement in people’s lives seriously enough

Sure, there are examples all around us. A brief visit to your local mental health ward will provide more than enough evidence.
However, since light and dark cannot inhabit the same space, Christians are immune from demonic possession.

According to the Bible, Christ did, and who would be in a better position to know? I don't know how anyone can call themselves a Christian and not believe that demons exist.

Of course I believe in demons. The bible speaks of them. And when the antichrist comes to power, at one point in time he will actually be indwelt by satan himself.
