Being a teacher does not prevent dating unless mom performs mysterious experiments in the school lab at night. Are you one of her students? Have your guy talk to his mom first, she might actually like you as a student and approve, especially if you have at least 3.0 GPA or do well in her class. Teachers have lives too, they get married and have children, maybe not in that order, but they see life from a reasonable vantage point. Is your mom PTA? If so, ask her what she knows of this teacher, maybe they are friends. Don't borrow trouble when you don't have to, you'll get enough of that when you ask for a car or home loan.

At my school this girl liked a boy that' s mom was a teacher, and she called him like two times at the least every night. They both ended up hating her. So just don't annoy his mom!

How would a teacher affect a relationship. Would she give you health class if you start kissing him. Plus ask the mom before you plan to go out. That way you will know if mommy will get angry or not.

I think it depends on the teacher. One of my friends mom was a teacher and I had her class and she didn't treat me any differently. You just have to keep school and social life seperate and so does this boy. You will be fine! Ask him out!

if your teacher knows you then it might be a problem unless she thinks you're the best student ever! make sure you get to her good side other wise she will hate you and it may effect your grade in her class. or ask another teacher to mess up ur grade. but i'm sure you don't want that so bottom line make her think your're the best person in the world for her son.

Ha, if i had a dime for every guy that was afraid to ask me out in high school because my mother was a teacher.
Trust me, she doesn't care. She realizes that he's a teen and wants to date. her having to be a teacher at your school just means she's a teacher at your school. Nothing more, she's not a prude I'm sure!

Are you on good terms with his mom? are you a good and behaved student? if so there should be absolutely no problem. I know many students who have their parents as teachers, and I know that the teachers mainly dont have problems with that, just so long you dont hurt his feelings, she should have nothing to say. Just remember to always be well behaved and polite in front of her.

does he want to take you out if so, then go out with him, as long as you are respectful to each other and his parents It should work out. If his mother does have a problem with it she will probably have the last say. But you will not know until you go out on a date. Have fun and good luck to you.
