Some trust all of the words that they're told god said. Some trust only SOME of the words that they are told god said. Some only trust a FEW of the words, and don't really believe god said them or anything else. Some believe god actually said these words, but they don't trust any of them. Some dont believe there is a god or that it said ANY words EVER, but they still trust the words. Finally, some don't think there were ever ANY words that any god ever spoke, and if there WERE, they STILL wouldn't trust them.
You're a follower. Keep following, ok? Don't try to lead.
P.S. My PERSONAL favorite of gods words was when he said it was ok to sell your daughter into slavery. This means a considerable income increase in many households...

The original words of God yes but not the ones that have been changed by men. The mainstream bible of today was changed by King Constantine. Also read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada- there are many versions of the Git but As it is is given by a pure Spiritual Master in a disciplic Succession coming all the way down from Krishna's appearance 5,000 years ago.Krishna says in the Gita "Whenever their is a decline in religious principals and the truth appears to be lost, I appear again and again or send my representative to reestablish the truth." Proves man does alter the scriptures (that is why so many religions) He has to keep coming to tell the truth again. The truth is one.

I trust all of God's words that I am aware of. There are bound to be some that he has spoken, that I have not yet heard of. Also, He is bound to be speaking more in the future. When I hear them, I will trust them.

I do. To the death, and beyond. Why? Well, atheism doesn't make sense. An atheist believes that there isn't a God, but really, what does he have to lose? So even if I didn't have other reasons to believe in God, the mere logic of this, and the fact that I wouldn't want to take a chance, is reason enough for me.

By all, does this include the part about stoning homosexuals? How do you work around the hypocrisies and contradictions? Example: The commandment though shalt not kill. But then in Leviticus it lists a slew of people to kill... How do you follow this?
