There is a girl at work who i like and I spend lunches with her but recently I feel like she is wanting me to give her much more attention than before, I'm getting hot and cold signals from her. It feels like I have to go talk to her at her workstation more, when before she would come and talk to me at mine more.
Sometimes she seems really happy to see me and talk to me and she does still come just to talk but then other times she seems very quiet or a little off.
How can I tell whether she is wanting me to give her more attention or whether she wants me to give her more space?

Def she wants you to talk to her. She wants you to work for it sort of speak. Gotta talk to her. Hope this helps ya!

Don't ignore her or be rude, but give her more space and if its attention she wants, she'll come around to you. Because if its space she wants and you give her more attention, you are done for. So better to err on the side of caution.

maybe she likes you and probably gets mad and gives you the cold shoulder when you don't talk to her. Maybe u should just talk 2 her if u guys r that close. Good Luck

Just step up to the plate and ask her out! See if you're on the same page at least. Stop guessing!

maybe she wants to see you make more of an effort or she couldbe stressed out. don't take it personally. don't just stop talking to her but if you really think she needs space than give it to her. you should ask her out on a date.

Easy give her some distance and see how she reacts. Most girls like toying with guys and once they know they can "have" him they lose their interest in them. But those that they have to chase, to seem to love more. My advice is cool distance.

DEFINITELY attention. If she gives little remarks like, wheres your new girlfriend? Or....Its not my fault your busy...and just straight up ignores you...SHE TOTALLY WANTS YOU...she feels as if she has to pretend she doesnt like you, so she ignores you...trust me. Im female.
