If we're not animals or advanced primates how would you explain that we reproduce and have a similar genetic composition to a chimpanzee? Please don't use your faith as an argument, I want logical reasoning with evidence

The entire belief in Creationism is that a genie popped out of nowhere and blinked her eye to create a man and a woman out of nowhere. Except the man gave birth to the woman thus ending the debate over evolution.

Wait- what??

Your premise is confusing and betrays your lack of Biblical knowledge, so let me give you some background:

God is the Alpha and the Omega- that means there's no beginning or end to Him.

God creates His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and the legions of angels in heaven.

God, through Jesus, His "master worker", creates the universe- don't know when, obviously billions of years ago, if not more.

God turns attention to the Earth, which, although already formed, is not suitable for any type of life.

God creates Sun, Moon, Stars and characteristics of Earth, i.e. oceans, land, plants, etc.

On the 6th creative day, (not literal 24 hour days, but 1,000 year periods of time) God decides to "make man in our (His and Jesus') image." God proceeds to form Adam out of the "dust of the ground" and places him in the Garden of Eden.

Adam then chills in the Garden for who knows how long, naming the animals and developing a close friendship with God. God then decides that it isn't "good for the man to continue alone; I will make a helper for him, a compliment."

God causes a deep sleep to befall Adam, takes one of his ribs and builds Eve from said rib.

God brings Eve to Adam and there is much rejoicing (yay!)

Adam and Eve live in Garden for unspecified period of time until Satan deceives Eve into eating fruit from tree of knowledge of good and bad.

Adam and Eve get evicted from Eden for disobeying God's direct command, sin and death enter into the world, and thus all of the offspring from the original pair inherit sin and death.

So why are we all similar? Well, we all originated in the same place: God.

*Satire? HA! I seriously doubt that! More like your woeful lack of knowledge seeping through! Satire is funny, my man. You are just ignorant.*

The entire belief in creationism has nothing to do with a genie. Until you get that inadequate and belligerent thought out of your head, any answer I give will be meaningless. People keep telling me, a Christian, that I need to broaden my mind and be open to new beliefs. I have been for the past ten years and I am more firmly grounded in my faith than ever. I was a skeptic until I started questioning the words of the preachers and researching their statements for myself. I opened my mind. You should do the same.

If you decide that you are capable of this, "Case for a Creator" is an excellent starting point. So is "Privileged Planet."

The "entire belief in Creationism" is not that a genie popped out of nowhere and blinked her eye to create a man and a woman out of nowhere.

First, get the "entire belief" part correct before you ask such a question.

"...genie popped out of nowhere and blinked her eye to create a man and a woman out of nowhere. Except the man gave birth to the woman thus ending the debate over evolution. " - HER eye? Popped out of nowhere? Man 'gave birth' to the woman? - Nonsense.

You want us to use logical reasoning to answer and then deign to know our belief system based on myths from your own head. Don't think so.

Because man would have been lonely. If you'll look God brought the animals and Adam didn't like em so He made woman.

Can you explain how a cell that would have reproduce asexually suddenly come into the result of beings that reproduce requiring 50% of each of the genders that it had created?

"how would you explain that God made man and woman and not just one gender?"
Because God created us in His image and He is "ehad" ("a compound unity"; from Deuteronomy 6:4, "Hear, oh Israel, the Lord your God is one ["ehad"] God). This is reflected in marriage by man and wife becoming one ["ehad"] flesh (Genesis 2:24).

"how would you explain that we reproduce and have a similar genetic composition to a chimpanzee?"
Because God used similar materials in designing us. There was no need for Him to totally go back to the drawing board and re-invent the wheel There's about as much evidence for that as there is for spontaneous generation from non-living matter.

a similar genetic composition doesn't mean anything if it did then dna testing to find out who is the father of a child wouldn't work.

So it's the "chimp" theory today.

Yesterday it was the "tadpole".

Even your 'evidence' can't make up it's mine.

Just trying to keep up!
