Where can I find mouse pointers that do not come bundled with adware? This is for home PC use not a website.?

I like to use different pointers for my mouse but I have a hard time finding pointers that are not bundled. I've heard of programs to make cursors and pointers but I don't know anything about them. Are programs to make pointers and cursors easy to use?
