I just learned this in spanish yesterday..

say if you have the verb "Hablar"

the UD. command would be "Hable"
the UDS. would be "Hablen"

whatever the present tense ending is for the verb, you take the opposite for commands

for regulars:
for AR- the endings are E and En
for ER- the endings are A and An
for IR- endings are A and An
Beber would be

Ud.- Beba
UDS- Beban

Abrir
Ud- Abra
UDS- Abran

sacar changes to que in yo form so
for sacar
UD.- saque
UDS- saquen

for Decir
Ud.- Diga
UDS- Digan

Ir and Ser are irregular
ser is sea or sean
ir is vaya or vayan

I hope this helps

Write them out in the affirmative mode and change the middle "e" or "i" to "a" for er/ir verbs and "a" to "e" for ar verbs.
Verb hablar:
Ud. habla. Command=hable
Uds. hablan. Command=hablen.

Verb comer:
Ud. come. Command=coma
Uds. comen. Command=coman
